Boil (Soup)

 

 

Step 1

 

Add the filter bag (do not open bag) and garlic to boiling water.

 

 
 

 

Step 2

 

Add meat of choice.

 

 
 

 

Step 3

 

Simmer for at least 45 minutes.

 

 
 
 
 

Steaming

 

 

Step 1

 

Apply the mix onto skin and the inside of chicken.

 

 

 
 

 

Step 2

 

Wrap chicken in plastic wrapper, followed by the aluminum foil sheet.

 

 
 

 

Step 3

 

Steam for 2 hours over a low flame.

 

 
 
 
 

Roasting

 

 

Step 1

 

Apply the mix onto skin and the inside of chicken.

 

 
 

 

Step 2

 

Roast chicken in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 50 minutes (varies according to type of oven)

 

 
 
 
 

Curry & Rendang

 

 

Step 1

 

For Chicken Curry Mix 
Mix Part A with 120ml water into a paste and mix Part B with 600ml water, stir well.

For Chicken/Beef Rendang Mix 
Mix Part A with 100ml water into a paste and mix Part B with 150ml water, stir well.
 

 

 
 

 

Step 2

 

Heat cooking oil in wok over low flame. Add curry paste and fry for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.

 

 
 

 

Step 3

 

For Chicken Curry Mix
Add chicken, potatoes, adjust flame to medium and stir fry. Add coconut milk (a little at a time). Bring to boil.
             
For For Chicken/Beef Rendang Mix
Add chicken/beef, adjust flame to medium and stir fry. Add coconut milk (a little at a time). Bring to boil.  

 

 
 

 

Step 4

 

For Chicken Curry Mix
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Serve hot.

For Chicken Rendang Mix
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stir occasionally. When cooked, add Part C, stir well and serve
             
For Beef Rendang Mix
Cover and simmer for 60 minutes, stir occasionally. When cooked, add Part C, stir well and serve
